In the case of any valid claim, We offer our customers a ‘Refund and/or Exchange Policy’ within three (03) days of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund process begins after our Quality Control (QC) personnel have completed and reported due inspection on your returned product. The quality check process may take 1 to 2 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will notify you of the result as soon as the quality check is complete.

If the parcel is open or unsealed than must inform us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of product damage of any sorts from you, GHR PE will not be liable to provide with a refund and/or exchange. However a replace is acceptable only when the product returned is devoid of any damage and is intact in its totality.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
As a refund, you can either claim a “store credit Refund Voucher” of the amount you had paid for your returned item or you could ask for a complete cash refund. In case of a store credit voucher, you can use the store credit voucher for a new purchase on the website subtracting that amount from the new total.
